- Limited Liability Company.
- Corporation.
- Incorporated.
- Gesellschaft mit beschrankter Haftung.
- Société Anonyme.
- Sociedad Anonima.
- The Registrar's permission is required for the company name to include any of the following:
- Assurance.
- Bank.
- Building Society.
- Chamber of Commerce.
- Chartered.
- Cooperative.
- Exchange.
- Imperial.
- Insurance.
- Municipal.
- Royal.
- Trust.
