Corporate Secretarial Associate

Job description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the account managers in handling company secretarial matters for a portfolio of international companies
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records
  • Prepare annual return, prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc. for offshore companies.
  • Prepare necessary documents and handling of statutory filings with ACRA, MOM and other local government bodies
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate services team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, in any discipline
  • Pursuing relevant professional qualifications will be of advantage
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
  • At least 1 year of company secretarial experience in multi-national companies or professional firms.
  • Candidates without qualifications, but have relevant experience may apply
  • High professional integrity
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Able to meet deadlines
