Corporate Secretarial Associate

Job description
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist the account managers in handling company secretarial matters for a portfolio of international companies
- Maintenance of statutory registers and records
- Prepare annual return, prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc. for offshore companies.
- Prepare necessary documents and handling of statutory filings with ACRA, MOM and other local government bodies
- Provide administrative support to the corporate services team
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Diploma, in any discipline
- Pursuing relevant professional qualifications will be of advantage
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- At least 1 year of company secretarial experience in multi-national companies or professional firms.
- Candidates without qualifications, but have relevant experience may apply
- High professional integrity
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous attention to fine detail
- Independent and self-motivated
- Team player
- Able to meet deadlines
