Relationship Manager

Location: Hong Kong, UAE, Singapore, London, Belize, Seychelles

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop and grow relationships within existing portfolio
  • Take initiative to identify and generate new business opportunities to drive continual business growth
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure high quality of services for our clients
  • Further expand business network and enhance corporate branding in the market
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

  • With 3 years of relevant key account management experience
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar disciplines
  • Experience in professional service firms will be ideal
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
  • Knowledge in corporate services is an advantage
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong partnerships
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
  • Strong service orientated mind-set with a successful record of upselling and/or retaining existing clients
  • Commitment to service excellence by proactively understanding client’s requirements and promptly solving their issues
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Proficient fluency in written and oral English, Putonghua and Cantonese
