One IBC CPA Limited – Owning a corporate practice licence to practise public accountancy in Hong Kong

We are honoured to inform that from 11 January 2024 we owns a corporate practice licence issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). This licence was issued under Section 28D of the Professional Accountants Ordinance (“PAO”) and the Professional Accountants By-law 29.

Effective from 1 October 2022, under the further reform of the regulatory regime of the accounting profession, the regulatory powers of the HKICPA have been transferred to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (“AFRC”). One IBC CPA Limited has been successful in transferring its corporate practice registration from the HKICPA to the AFRC.

Owning a corporate practice licence, One IBC CPA Limited (Find a CPA Firm / Corporate Practice (afrc.org.hk) is placed in one of the hub business of Hong Kong. We extend and provide array of public accountancy services including accounting, auditing, financial reporting and tax reporting for all companies and enterprises for complying with the regulations of the jurisdiction and assist good running of their businesses.
