Business Associate

Scope of work:

• Manage relationships effectively with all key contacts at appropriate business locations
• Strengthen existing relationships with key stakeholders and establish new networks/relationships
• Provide customer service and resolve incurred issues from customers / shipping agents / third parties related to order processing, if any
• Plan and execute sales requirement by week, by month, by quarter
• Conduct telesale and support to answer customers’ questions via phone
• Report and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Work closely with other departments in performing tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance
• 2+ years of experience in similar role in a professional company that provides corporate services
• Good time management and planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in driving sales, telesale with customers
• Highly fluent in English, especially written and verbal skills
• Experience in working with foreigners is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Persuasive, a good listener, actively communicate build relationships in business
• Dynamic, creative and able to work under pressure

Salary and bonus:

• From 12 to 15 million (VND)
• KPI bonuses
