Scope of work:

  • Receive and distribute potential leads (banks, law firms, service companies, etc.) to BD specialists
  • Plan to research market trends, competitors’ services, and One IBC®'s strengths and weaknesses in order to better understand and define client expectations and apply a more appropriate approach
  • Understand the limitations and difficulties of partners and clients in order to develop strategic solutions
  • Contact, negotiate, and create a price list as well as a process framework for customers from partners; propose and plan pricing strategies with the manager
  • Conduct research and expand business network for Services, Bank, Renew, and Tax teams
  • Coordinate with RM, Services, Bank, Renew, and Tax departments to build/adjust organizational structure, activities, pricing policy, process, and commission
  • Proactively propose ideas and collaborate with the Marketing Department to carry out marketing activities that will increase brand awareness and sales targets
  • Monitor and supervise the sales plan's implementation as well as the team's results; propose new strategies/approaches to timely adapt unexpected changes of the market
  • Manage and communicate sales plans and goals with the sales team, as well as collaborate with the Training and Development Department to provide training, guidance, and motivation to meet the ultimate target
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by the manager

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or finance
  • At least 03 - 04 years of experience in corporate service or related professions; have in-depth knowledge of the industry 
  • 1 - 2 years of management experience in a similar position
  • Experience in building and expanding offline channels is preferred
  • Proficient in time management and planning skills
  • Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Have a wide network, the ability to communicate, build trust and develop relationships
  • Fluent in English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Working experience with foreigners is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Good negotiation, active listening, and communication skills
  • Dynamic, creative, and able to work under pressure

Salary and bonus:

  • Salary from 18 to 21 million (VND)
  • KPI bonuses
