Key Changes to GBC Renewals
Important Changes to GBC Renewal Policy in 2025
- Until 30 June 2025: Late GBC renewals are permitted within 12 months of the due date (30 June) with penalties.
- From 01 July 2025:
- Renewals must be completed by 30 June—no late renewals allowed.
- Annual fee: USD 1,950 on time or USD 2,440 within 15 days.
- If a licence lapses, reinstatement may be possible with FSC approval on just or reasonable cause (USD 500 + USD 300/month fees apply).
2025 Compliance Deadlines
- FSC Licence Renewal: 30 June 2025
- ROC Annual Return: 31 December 2025
