Scope of work:

• Building brand awareness through One IBC^®'s network of communication channels
• Plan and run monthly marketing campaigns
• Produce content for different platforms, including but not limited to social media, blog, email marketing, press releases
• Stay constantly up to date with the latest news and market trends
• Translate English to Vietnamese and vice versa
• Plan and organize events inside and outside the company
• Manage One IBC^®’s social media channels
• Follow up and execute tasks according to the approved plan
• Analyze and evaluate marketing data to adjust and improve plans and performance accordingly
• Set up and execute KPI weekly, monthly, and quarterly

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in related positions
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Knowledgeable of Website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Strong communication skills
• Sensitive to market trends
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively; understand customer insights
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Salary and bonus:

• From 12 to 15 million (VND)
• KPI bonuses
